Losing your phone overseas
Yes, I did this on the second last night.
Unfortunately, I did it with a much less interesting story behind it than last time.
This time it just came out of my pocket in a taxi. Despite calling them 15 minutes after getting out of the taxi, the driver apparently couldn't find it.

Zoltar
This guy followed us everywhere. In every major city we went to, we walked past a Zoltar at some point. He was always there, telling us that "I can see you over there... yes, you!"
What a jerk.

Alligator Man
This guy, with his real alligator, was literally just on the side of the road. The photo below was taken from the footpath as we walked home from dinner on the last night in Orlando. He was drumming up visitors to the alligator farm and mini golf course that he was sitting outside of. And selling the chance to sit on the alligator yourself and have your photo taken. "Look like you've just caught this gator yourself!" he said. No one that I saw pay the $10 (plus tax) looked anything like that.
We were going to play his Gator Golf mini golf course, but he'd done such a good job spruiking his business that the course was crowded and they ran out of balls and clubs before we got to the counter.
